On our Ranch we have mainly Paso Fino Horses.
What makes a Paso Fino so special?
The Paso Fino is a breed of light course horses from South America. The small horses were originally bred mainly in Colombia and Puerto Rico and stand out with a special ambling who, like the breed, paso fino (beautiful step) is also called. The Paso Fino is a tippical show horse.
There are many reasons that a Paso gets under your skin and into your heart-but it always comes down to one most enduring trait–their naturally genetic gait–creating for the rider the smoothest, most comfortable, mile after mile, “no bounce” ride of any horse you have ever encountered!
We mostly ride the horses with a hackemore. The horses are happy in the wild, so that is were we keep them! Click on the photo for more photo’s
